A range of rallies around the world
In 2021, under the leadership of browser Jimmy Cornell, Grand Large Yachting launched its first major rally around the world: the World Odyssey 500, bringing together more than 30 sailboats from the group to commemorate the historic journey of Magellan and El Cano. Since this first edition, our range of rallyings has ceased to grow, offering several routes and departure dates to allow each owner to live his own Blue Water Sailing whatever his plan is.

The World Odyssey, a world tour in 3 years
Three years, three oceans, more than 30,000 miles to travel, is the adventure of a life. After a very nice first edition, the World Odyssey returns every two years, with departures organized in odd years. The last departure took place in November 2025. Two routes are proposed, via the Panama Canal or via Cape Horn, in both cases, an unforgettable adventure.
"We are really happy about this adventure. We found friends for life in the rally, and free sailing also allows us to meet other crews, who do not participate in the Rally. It was important for us to keep this dose of freedom, because this is also what we came to look for with this journey. The balance is perfect for us".

Warm-up Med – First experience
Starting from La Grande Motte, the Warm-Up Med is a three-week rally for crews who want to become familiar with their boat and experience their first offshore sailing in a safe and friendly environment.
Between Corsica, Sardinia and the Balearic Islands, the participants discover the most beautiful islands of the Mediterranean while benefiting from professional accompaniment: weather briefing, coaching on board, technical assistance and moments of shared friendliness between sailors.
A great opportunity to prepare calmly before dropping the moorings towards more distant horizons.
Nordic Odyssey – Northern Europe sailing
A new course for nine months of sailing from the Canary Islands to Northern Europe, passing through the Azores travelled by the fleet of about ten sailboats of the Grand Large Yachting group. The Nordic Odyssey has offered the experience of a very varied navigation, high seas, canals, fjords, and coastal navigation, recalling that it is not always necessary to leave far to be landscaped.
